You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.
Pastelsketch reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Payment Terms

10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Pastelsketch. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Pastelsketch may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
